What is your cancellation and refund policy?

We have a no cancellation or refund policy. 

*Under special circumstances and at the discretion of Julia's Swim School, cancellations and refunds may be granted if:

1) notice of a cancellation is given no less than 30 days prior to the first day of the session

2) there is a wait list and the spot can be filled 

3) you agree to pay a $50 cancellation penalty

In the event that you miss one or two classes out of the session, refunds will not be given. If you miss three or more classes, make-up classes and/or a partial refund may be negotiated. 

Lessons will be held rain or shine. In the event of lightning or thunder, lessons may need to be rescheduled. 

• Swimsuit

• Towel

• Goggles (are encouraged)

• Water bottle (ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS CONTAINERS ARE PERMITTED ON THE POOL DECK!)

• Sunscreen

• A previous swim report card, if possible

Yes, parents are required to remain in the seated viewing area for the duration of the lesson. A covered seating area is available for viewing, and parents must sit outside the gated area of the pool.
